All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Timeframe
Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or courier delays.
3. Shipping Charges
Standard Shipping: A nominal fee may be applicable depending on your order value and delivery location.
Free Shipping: Available on orders above the minimum order value specified on our website.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders. Please note that COD may not be available for all pin codes.
5. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS that can be used to track your package.
7. Multiple Addresses
Orders can only be shipped to one address per order. If you would like to ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each address.
8. Delivery Requirements
Some orders may require a signature upon delivery for security reasons.
9. Delays
While we make every effort to deliver on time, BLU is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather disruptions, or other factors beyond our control.
