1. How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location and courier service.

2. Do you have cash on delivery option?

Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible pin codes across India. Availability will be shown at checkout based on your address.

3. What is the minimum order value?

There is no minimum order value. You can shop freely for any amount.

4. What is the shipping fee applicable?

Shipping charges depend on your location and cart value. Any applicable fee will be shown at checkout before you confirm the order. We also run free shipping promotions from time to time.

6. Can I edit or cancel an order after it has been placed?

You can request a change or cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order. After the order is processed or shipped, we’re unable to modify or cancel it.

7. When will my credit card be charged?

Your card is charged at the time of order placement. For COD, payment is collected upon delivery.

8. Can I ship to multiple addresses?

Each order can be shipped to one address only. To ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.

9. What are your shipping options?

We offer Standard Shipping across India. In select locations, Express Shipping may be available at an additional cost (visible at checkout when applicable).

10. How will my order ship?

We ship via trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, and India Post, depending on your pin code and serviceability.

11. When will my order ship?

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days after confirmation. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link once your order is on the way.

12. How can I track my order?

After dispatch, we’ll send you a tracking link via SMS/Email. Click the link anytime to view real-time delivery updates.

13. Is a signature required for delivery?

Yes, a signature or OTP may be required at delivery for security and proof of receipt. If you’re unavailable, the courier may attempt re-delivery.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged/defective items.
  • Size exchanges are possible within 7 days, if the item is unused with all tags intact.
  • Customized or made-to-order items aren’t eligible for return/exchange.
